As the CEO and Chairman of the Board, Alex is executing the mission of the Entrepreneur Foundation by empowering his staff and volunteers with the necessary tools and resources based off his work as the CEO of BREWnGO Technologies. Alex graduated UCSD with a BS in Bioengineering in 2015 and joined the 2018 executive MBA program at the Rady School of Management. His goal for the 2017 Challenge is to triple the level of awards to a total of $300,000.
As the CEO of The Entrepreneur Challenge in 2015-2016, Zeke brings relevant experiences, connections, and knowledge to the Entrepreneur Foundation. He will be serving as a board member until 2018. Zeke was in the Marine Corp before coming to UCSD and graduating with a degree in Urban Studies in 2016. He is currently in his first year of law school at Golden Gate University and plans on getting his MBA after he completes law school.
Mike was the CEO of the Entrepreneur Challenge from 2014-2015. He will be serving as a board member until 2017. His career has spanned over 23 years of global logistics, supply chain management and project management for the United States Marines Corp. Since retiring from the Marine Corp, he has spent his time on founding several companies focused on addressing customer's data-intensive decisions in shipping, finance, and purchasing.
Randy is the Entrepreneur Challenge's longest and highest level sponsor at DLA Piper. He is a Partner that is focused on the corporate representation of established and emerging growth companies in the technology, biotechnology, media/entertainment, consumer product, clean technology and medical device sectors as well as the venture capital firms, corporate and strategic investors and acquirors that finance and/or acquire these companies.
Nikki Truitt is a founder of the Triton Innovation Network at UCSD in 2006 later becoming the Entrepreneur Challenge. With a BS in Materials Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT and a PhD in Materials Science and Nanotechnology from UCSD, Nikki has co-founded two companies. She enjoys technology, art, startups, the outdoors, her community, and family. Her current company, Metamer Materials is developing bioinspired metamaterials for energy efficient buildings and structures.
